We have a variety of flexible study methods to suit different student requirements. These are:

a) Distance Learning (Correspondence)

This is an ever-popular method for students who cannot attend college, either because of distance or time constraints. All the study materials are sent directly to students, together with detailed instructions on how to complete the programme. Assignments are submitted by post or via e-mail and each student has a personal tutor allocated to them for the duration of the programme. This method of study is ideal for people who would not normally be able to attend classroom tutorials.

The diploma and advanced diploma programmes may be studied by distance learning. However, the distance learning study mode is not available for the post-graduate programme, which is only available by direct tuition at the college.

Distance learning course materials are normally delivered to students within 28 days from the date the course fee is paid. Please allow extra 20 working days for cheque payments drawn on foreign banks.

b) Online Study

The College is exploring opportunities for online studies. It is working on Quality Assurance issues and technology requirements. The College will announce this method of study as soon as it is available.

c) Full Time Studies

Students are required to attend college for at least 15 hours of daytime study per week, in line with the borders and immigration agency requirements. This is particularly important for international students.

d) Conferences, Seminars and Workshops

For some people an intensive conference, seminar and workshop is the best way to learn and to meet other like-minded people. This study option is particularly suitable for healthcare professionals and those whose time is at a premium. Study is intensive and often on a residential basis.

These seminars or conferences will be run at regular intervals in different countries and locations. Information about these conferences and seminars will be announced on our website from time to time. People will be kept up-dated as to the location, date and time of these events.
